Optimized Optics Production Process

A multinational company (11,000 employees working worldwide in 100 countries) is searching for an existing manufacturing process able to produce optics with the following properties: Roughness < 20 nm Ra, Diameter < 10 mm. Additionally, the process must ensure a production of small size batches: inferior to 50 products, as well high volumes (up to 500,000 parts /year). The Seeker is searching for someone who owns the technology or can put him/her in relation with the owner of a technology that responds to the criteria developed above. The Seeker is looking for a tested and verified solution.
